Opened the jar and had a small odor of Pumpkin and Spice but when I lit this thing it gave off the odor of burning wax. Very strong burning wax only. Giving it the benefit of the doubt I left it burning for three hours and it did not get any better, in fact it simply filled my entire apartment with a STRONG smell of burning wax. I enjoy having candles. I very much like the scent filling my house, so scents that fill my house or at least room are what I tend to go for. This candle does that trick. In the past, I bought Yankee Candles, but they tend to get pricey, these candles smell just as nice with a much lower price tag.They say they burn 100 hours, I have never timed it but they do seem to last quite a while. The jars are really cute too! In other reviews I saw complaints about a bar code over the label. They have stopped doing this. For this candle specifically, the scent is quite nice.I bought it a few months ago for autumn and it was just perfect! It really gives you the feel of Halloween and Thanksgiving. Smells like a pumpkin pie.
